Week 1 – Pooh To Tigger Weight Loss Challenge


I’m very pleased with my mindset and results for week 1.  I drank only water or my H2Orange all week.  I made and ate my salads for lunch every day.  My evening meals we’re appropriate and I did not over eat.  I did my walking every work day and went over my 10,000 step goal.  I kept to my eating plan all weekend.  Lindsay and I started the Puppettude Christmas tour.  We performed 3 times this weekend.  There was not much time for anything else.  I did some light weight lifting on two days.  As the challenge progresses, I’d like to up my game on the exercise part.

All in all, I’m very excited for the progress.  I’m thinking of changing my goal to 20lbs from 15.  I was making no progress for several weeks leading up to the challenge and I thought this would be really hard. I did fight some hunger pains and had to deflect some cookies at the nursing homes we performed at this weekend.  Otherwise, great mindset to continue into this week.

Jeannette Lynn and Tony McDaniel reported in Sunday night with 3 and 2lbs of weight loss.  Great job Tiggers!
