Are you more Pooh vs. Tigger sized? Ready to shed some weight? Let’s help each other lose some weight.
I’m not ready to rent motorized scooters to get my body through the parks. It’s time to get serious about the scale and exercise.
I’m thinking it would be fun and encouraging for some Disney World Geeks to help each other to meet some weight and exercise goals.
My thoughts on how this will work:
- Keep the challenge simple
- Set your own personal goals
- No huge weekly weight loss; let’s be healthy
- Record progress
- Report to me and I’ll aggregate our progress
- Congratulate achievement
- 8 week challenge
Official start will be Dec 1st.(Thanksgiving week is last cheating week for next 8 weeks)
Any ideas how we can make this fun and successful? How can we track this? Percentage of goal? I’m all ears.
